YET ANOTHER SMOOTHIEBOWL

Aaah I'm so addicted to these green smoothie bowls - I have one for breakfast every morning!
Ingredients? Frozen spinach, one organic banana, 1 scoop of vanilla flavored protein powder
(I use this one), 2 teaspoons of Chlorella powder, flax seeds & ginger. I vary the toppings,
but this morning I topped my green smoothie bowl with fresh blueberries, organic
coconut chips, crushed almonds, organic cocoa nibs & organic chia seeds. So delicious!

HEALTHY BANANA PANCAKES

My absolute favorite kind of pancakes are my own homemade banana pancakes. I made these with
one ripe banana, 2 eggs and one table spoon of coconut flour. I fried them in extra virgin coconut oil
and topped them with kiwi, plums, crushed hazelnuts and some coconut flakes. Yummmmm.

PWO

I recently got to try out Fitnessguru's new PWO with a taste of cola - and I must say, I really like it! I
normally don't  use PWO before my workouts, but I've now tried it - and man is it something else...
The energy you get! A big plus with this PWO is the incredible taste, it tastes just like a can of Coca
Cola - SO GOOD. Anyways... You can find the PWO online HERE, where you can read more about it.

TOP 30 HEALTHIEST FOODS

I found an interesting article the other day, via Foodstories. The article is calles "Top 30 healthiest foods"
and can be found here. It got me thinking, which of these 30 foods do I eat almost daily? Well, they are;
avokado, kale, onions, salmon, organic eggs, organic coconut oil (I even out it on my face every night),
nuts (almonds and hazelnuts), olive oil, chicken, kiwi, blueberries. I also try to use turmeric and
cinnamon as often as possible when I cook, and I also occasionally eat spinach and sweet potatoes.

Which of these superfoods do you eat on a daily basis?

YUMMIE PANCAKES

The other day I tried making pancakes with a flour I had never used before; coconut flour. The pancakes turned
out great! Ingredients? Banana, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of coconut flour, a few sips coconut milk & some Fitnessguru
vanilla-flavored One Whey Isolate to give them some extra sweetness & a little bit of vanilla flavor. I served with,
as you can see, sliced bananas + unsweetened peanut butter, crushed almonds and coconut flakes. Yummiiiiiiie.

ONE OF MY FAVORITE SNACKS

I'm a big fan of rawfood-bars. I always choose a rawfood-bar over a protein-bar whenever I need
a snack while out and about. This one is one of my absolute favorites. I love anything with coconut
in it! Read more about the product here. My other two faves of the same brand are this one and this one.

FOOD DOCUMENTARIES I RECOMMEND

GMO OMG (availabe on Netflix). This is a very interesting documentary, and really such an eye-opener. Sure
got me rushing to the store and buying only eco and non-gmo foods... Read about the documentary online here.

Hungry for change (2012). This too is such an interesting documentary! It's stuff I already
knew all about, but it's still interesting, and important to hear all about again, again and again
until you actually do something about your health. Read about the documentary here.
