VALENTINES WEEKEND

So, last weekend was Valentines weekend. Valentines day was on Sunday, 

but we decided to start early and celebrate it on Saturday already. 

We visited some friends and brought this deliciousness that I had baked the night before. It's a

 flourless chocolate mudcake with 80% chocolate in it. We had it for dessert and paired it with 

vanilla icecream = yummie! Even the kids liked it even though it was very "chocolaty".

On Saturday night we stayed in and cooked a delicious dinner. We had 

planksteak and shared a bottle of Chilean (the best wines!) red wine. 

On Sunday we just chilled. We had pizza and visited some relatives, 

& watched a movie in the evening. Overall a great, relaxing weekend.
