MIDSUMMER WEEKEND

Last weekend we celebrated Midsummer here in Finland. This year me and three of my friends had to celebrate on 

Thursday already, because two of us were working all weekend... So, we were four girls celebrating Midsummer on Thursday already

 at one of us girls's summer cottage. Barbeque, sauna, wine, girltalk, staying up almost all nigh etc. - it was a perfect 

night. We were all make-up-free, worry-free, and just chilling. It was such a relaxing Midsummer celebration, and I loved it!

Watermelon is one of my absolute favorite fruits, especially during summer. It's sweet and very refreshing - perfect 

for hot summerdays! What's really great about watermelon is that it's incredibly healthy. It's super high in

 vitamin C, but also contains a lot of pantothenic acid, copper, biotin, potassium, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B6 

& magnesium. It's also anti-inflammatory and high in antioxidants. And hey, when you eat a watermelon - don't 

leave out the seeds! The watermelon seeds contain important vitamins such as iron and zinc.

MIDSUMMER
