Yes, you need to have one. And it needs to fit you perfectly. You can wear it all year - over a dress,
with jeans, with pants, with a skirt, with shorts... It 's the easiest way to look stylish. Whenever in

The problem with blazers is that they're alway too big for me, even the smallest size.
