WHAT I EAT


A TYPICAL BREAKFAST

Fat-free, natural yoghurt with no additives + blueberries + almonds + dried cranberries + cashews +  pumpkin 
seeds + roasted sunflower seeds and raisins. With this I drink a LOT of water and a cup of coffee.
