My favorite meal of the day is breakfast. I just love getting up, eating my vitamins, making coffee, preparing a breakfast bowl
(soy yoghurt + toppings, usually almonds/cashews, fax seeds, a banana & blueberries), starting the computer, and then
just eating & drinking while scanning the internet (blogging, facebook, youtube, pinterest, newssites etc.). Ah, I live for mornings!
